New owner CL-S to TL-S

Hi All, my name is Denis, I live in Calabasas, CA I used to own 2001 Acura CL-S Red. Yesterday I traded in for dark silver 2003 TL-S with navi. Awesome car, I noticed that CL-S was little bit ruff on the road. TL-S is very smooth and quite on the freeway. I think TL-S handles better. Well enough BS.

I got few questions for you TL-S owners.

1. Anyone done integration their own cell phone to ONSTAR System? And how?

2. Any good looking gutter I can put in front? Pictures please.

Thank to All.

Welcome to the board!! BTW.. nice name. My name is Denis too.. yes.. one "n" also

Anyway, congrats on the switch. You will love the TL-S.

1) I haven't seen anyone post about this.... not yet anyway

2) There are no grill meshes made for the TL yet, however, there are some people who used gutter guard to make their own. To be honest... I don't really remember many people doing it on here. A lot of the CL guys did it... but not many TL's. If I come across any pics I'll put them here for ya....

THe only way I would have gotten a CL-S over a TL-S is if I was getting the 6pd. Other than that...I'm very content with the TL-S.

Welcome to the better looking car of the Acura family, excluding the NSX of course!

BTW, you mentioned dark silver....could that be anthracite?

I do remember something along these lines as well... however, that is different. That person didn't integrate his cell to OnStar.. he disconnected his cell b/c of the features of OnStar....

Right, if I recall, the rationale was that the OnStar service didn't require a monthly fee for use of the onboard phone, and since he/she used a cell phone mainly in the car, it seemed like the better deal to buy minutes/units as needed.

Not sure if I follow the logic due to some inherent limitations of the OnStar system (e.g. units can expire if not used depending on which package you opt for, etc.), but to each their own ...
