New Owner
Well, actually my wife is the new owner of a 2003 TL Type S (Anthracite Metallic). We are scheduled to pick up the car today (Monday 07-01-2002) or tomorrow.
I have a few questions:
1) Where can I buy the Mugen rear spoiler?
2) Are there other front grille's available? Either from Honda or Mugen or just a plain grille. ( I need to get rid of the "A" and any other reference to "Acura")
3) Would like to lower the car, but would like to retain the stock ride as much as possible. Any recommendations? Comptech or H&R? Also, any idea how long the stock shocks will last with aftermarket springs? And by changing springs or shocks, will it affect the warranty?
I currently own a 94 Legend Coupe 6 speed, below is a picture. Yes, those are Advans AVS Model 5's (18x7.5 w/ +50 offset)
Thanks in advance to all replies.

two you can make your own mesh grill by just removing the emblem and using the frame and apply mesh over it
threee good luck with the new car and i hope it is free of paint and tranny defects.

Vampyre777: I have no plans on selling my Legend at this time. However, if the right deal or price comes along, I may consider it.
NsX Pilot: Yes, it does belong to my wife... Sorry, I'm not into mesh grille's.. Thanks... I also hope the paint and tranny does last a very long time without any problems.

Nice! I always liked that model.
1. http://www.kingmotorsports.com/products/mugen/tl/
2. Have not come accross any for our model. Still looking.
3. Also look into the Eibach ProKit. Not sure about the shocks but they'll be ok for awhile. Eibach has teamed with KYB on some attractive packages. Koni's get expensive, no Bilsteins available as far as I know.
The dealer can come up with a zillion reasons for this or that. Depends on how much you want to fight it when the time comes.
Good Luck.

TopGum: Thanks for the info...
Are you rolling on Eibach's Pro Kit? Did you change the shocks as well? How low did it go and how is the ride? Any pictures?
Are there any pictures that some can post or point me to of the grille for the JDM version of our Type S?
Thanks,
MikeC
