New Lip kit in need of repair?
Hey guys I plan on getting a new complete lip kit tomorrow for around $150 and it is not a OEM one (I can only tell because it has some chips in it and some glass fibers are sticking out) so I am pretty certain it is made of fiberglass.
But I never park near curbs and honestly cant remember the last time I even had to come close to one and the cracks are not too bad and I think it would fly pretty well. And I probably will still wait to install it until it gets a little bit warmer
And it is in SSM and I would have to get it resprayed anyway.
So my question is this: Do you think it is a good idea to invest in this now and repair it? Or hold out for a (probably costlier) OEM one?

Well I'm not the most knowledgeable person here, so take my thoughts with a grain of salt. But if the one you have isn't the OEM one, just buy a new one on ebay for like $100. You could sand it all down and have it repainted but I'm not entirely sure how much that'd cost.

We cant tell anything from your pictures. All i see is a lip kit with grass, dirt and leaves stuck to it. Can you clean it and get better close up pictures of the damage?
