If these things do work then I might be thinking about selling my 6000K D2S bulbs

Like I said before, anything above 6000K is going to get you in trouble with visibility and the cops. But you can always use the 7000K for a show.:p

Well for some reason I got used to my 6000Ks so fast that they look white, maybe because I never did a comparison. But if I'm going to get them I'm going to do a HID conversion to the Fogs and maybe put the 6000K in the fogs and the 7s in the lights. But....a big BUT, I want to see them first....and as I mentioned before I want to do a comparison with my neighbor's TL HIDs and my 6000K.
Btw, did anyone aim their 6000K lights up a little?

?! why so excited when 8000k is out already? but keep in mind, anything over 6000k you are killing the light output dramatically. the usable light output would be very low.....
and also, philips and osram do NOT make anything higher than 6000k. do i want to get anything other than these two brands? no

bulbs and shipping cost me $290.
Well I thought that the 8000K bulbs won't work on our setup. and I think the 8000K would be too much of a difference. As I mentioned before I want to see the 7000Ks before anything happens. I believe the guy on the forum says its Philips.

I have posted this reply in several other threads, but i will do it once again. Alexxx...You want 7000K, fine, just get used to getting pulled over by police, and your gonna need more than the money wasted on the bulbs themselves, your also gonna have to waste more money on new ballasts that can ignite the 7000K bulbs. The stock ballasts can only ignite bulbs up to 6000k, so as i stated, its a free country and you can put whatever pleases you on your car, but think logically about this one..Your gonna waste alot of money if you decide to do the swap, and all for what? very very expensive purple headlights? C'mon man.
