I don't think you can actually get new car smell back. The thing to do is to never lose it in the first place. Keep it real clean, don't eat, don't smoke, don't get it wet, don't leave any funky smelling stuff in your car. I got my car for 3 months...and I still got some new car smell left Oh and using leather conditioner might help keep that smell. I use lexol.

buy a new car

I kept my new car smell for around 13 months... no kidding!! Every time someone got into the car they commented about how they love the smell of new car! Then I went and screwed it up by throwing a small Strawberry air freshener into the car and can't get that smell back!!!

yep, if you keep it nice and clean and do your leather up good then the smell should be like new just about all the time.

I always get the new car smell commment right after I Lexol my seats.

Agree with the above comments. Most important thing you can do is keep smoke, food and any crappy air freshners out of your car. Don't fart too much either. Lexol will help a bit in my opinion but not much.

I got some fake leather scent at BMW that smells just like my TL did when new - best car scent I've ever used, and I've tried a lot. Used to work in a car detail/wash shop, too.

I'll look at the bottle sometime to see what brand it was if y'all want...
