Need your advice...

I'm sensing vibrations in the steering wheel while braking, but only within limited certain speed ranges. Under wide open throttle, I'm sensing the same kind of vibrations.

CVs or wheel bearings?

Thanks.

sounds like wheel bearings or bent/warped rim or bad/out of round tire..

I think it's the transmission...

J/k I figured I'd beat the posters that will undoubtedly blame the transmission to the punch..

I agree that you should start simple. Have the tires balanced and inspect the rims to see if any are damaged. If the balance doesn't help and the rims are fine, get an alignment. If that doesn't work, then look into bearings and CVs.

I thought that either the wheel bearings or CV joints would make a whole lot of noise rather than giving you a sense of vibrations.
If you drive hard, I would look into the brake parts first, pads or rotors then move on to other parts.
Our Odyssey had the same problem last fall, in this case the rotors are warped, minivans are heavy and of course the manufacturer put the same rotors as in 2G TL.
