Google - looks like the first one has no seat memory and the second can be either a mem 1 or mem 2.

Ive searched prior to posting. I actually went to that site as well.

On this link it shows that the E4EG8D-444H-A is for the 03 TL. But the guy Im buying the remote from has a OUCG8D-387H-A which when googling it states its for a 04 but this guy stated it worked for his 03 TL so thats why Im questioning it and wanting to find out what some members on here with an 03 has on there remotes.

My 03 remote is hard to read, but I'm pretty sure it says FCC is E4EG8D-444H-A, p/n is G8D-444H-A, memory 2. I don't have the second remote with me but I can check it tonight if you want.
I'd be wary of the one starting with OUC after checking mine. It might not work with the memory seats.
On the link you posted the part numbers and FCC numbers on the back of the remotes are all the same. I'd make sure to verify that it says memory 1 or memory 2 on the back, depending on which one you need.
