Need some inputs
I just bought the Comptech springs and Koni shocks from Tim.
And I am going to drop my car soon . Can you guys give me some advice ..like how much lower I should drop for the front and rear .... thanks
By the way, I have 225/55/ZR-16 tires on stock rims

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe that Comptech springs are adjustable and that is what would be determining the height of the car. Koni shocks are adjustable, but the adjustment is for the amount of dampening, not for the resting height. So expect the normal 1.75" drop in the front and the 1.5" drop in the rear that you get with Comptechs.
How did you get those tires to fit stock rims anyways? Wouldnt' they bulge out?

Is that ok if I go for 1.75 drop in the front and 1.5' in the rear ?
I'm just woundering .
BTW, what are the difference between the adjustable and non-adjustable shocks ?

Non Adjustable shocks have a fixed dampening rate and Adjustable shocks have adjustable dampening rate, which you adjust by a rotating a knob or some kind of dial. The adjustable shocks allow you to tailor your ride dampening to your taste, whether you like it firm or plush. Some owners like a nice ride for daily commutes and change it to firm for the track.
There are even some models of adjustable shocks that even have an adjustable spring perch. This allows you to adjust your ride height to some degree, as the KONI offers adjustment of the spring perch for 15mm of travel on some models.

The shocks will not lower the car any more or less...they are variable by stiffness...you can adjust how soft or how stiff you want the ride to be. The Comptech springs cannot be adjusted in any way, you just get the advertised lowering that the company says the springs go.
