Need recommendataion - Foglights <$100 (or affordable HID :))

Need recommendataion - Foglights <$100 (or affordable HID :))
.. something hit my left foglight on the highway and now its shattered remains are on the little floor board in the front of the engine bay .. so time for new fogs.
I dont want to spend over $100 as I dont think fog lights are worth that much ........ unless they're HID in which case something reasonable would be a decent investment (~$400?)
I also prefer the rectangular / elongated type of foglight to regular circle ones.
Any advice will be appreciated as well as sites where I can buy them at a good price.
