Need helps from the expert please...
Hi,
I have 02 TLs with navi and the problem is that the navigation did not store any personal address eventhough I enter the right code. Currently I'm running on dvd version 2.11c and don't know why it doesn't store.
It really bugs me because I can not memorized all the address and I use the previous address that listed and sometimes it's really frustrating.
Anybody know how to solve this issue PLEASE HELP ME!!!

That sounds strange!? Unless there is a true glitch with the system, you aren't doing something right. Not trying to be hard on you, but there isn't a whole lot to it. I'm thinking glitch, but then again not sure how that would occur. Are there any other problems with the Navi that you are having?

nope, after I input the personal pin and tried to put the name and address and then press OK. It just FREEZE right there, Not store or do anything just freeze. I waited 15 mins and nothing different so I did touch the screen and it just back to the screen where I need to input the name and address again.
Man, I don't know what to do.
PLEASE HELP ME....
