Are there any members in South Hampton, NY? I want to buy a tranny from there, but they don't ship. I was wondering if a member could buy it and ship it to me. Of course, he would be compensated handsomely.

My local guys here in Michigan (Ernie's Auto Parts, Mt. Clemens, MI) say total price including core and shipping would be roundabouts $1800 - 1900, pretty sure if you ship a core back you'll get some cash back, is this anywhere close to the deal you're getting elsewhere?

They also gave me a name and # to a place in PA that has the trans in stock, and they ship directly - Novak Auto Parts, 800-452-4343, maybe they can help?

I also have a buddy in AZ that may be able to source and ship, but I have to get ahold of him first.......

 

What kind of tranny are you talking about? I'm looking for a 6 speed CL tranny. That would be great if you could send me info about the AZ one, since I live there =]]
