Question Need help installing sways

Trying to install rear sway but can't seem to disconnect sway bar from linkage arm. Both the nut & stud turned loosening the joint but the bars won't separate. Do I need a special tool shaped like a tie rod separator to break the connection or should have just the bolt loosened up? Any suggestions? thanks.

you need to hold an allen wrench in place there while unscrewing it.

Do I feel stupid. I didn't notice the end of the stud was keyed for an allen wrench until you mentioned it Rice. After knowing that, it only takes about 2o mintues to install the rear. It makes a huge difference in handling for such a cheap mod. Well worth it. Tomorrow the front. Thanks again Rice.
