Question Need help here

Hello all! New to this forum but find it great!
Got a questions for veterans.
I 'm planning to buy a 02 tl S and I gog a carfax report on it. The funny part is that this car has 11 records. it looks sort of like this

those could just be oil changes, or small repairs. The big things to look for are collision repairs or water damage, and you're clear on both. I always suggest you have a trusted mechanic look things over, carfax won't catch DIY repairs!!

This car was indeed accidented and it was taken care by a dealer. Is this very bad? The hood was changed no frame damage was involved in the accident.
