Keep in mind that that #9 16800-PGE-A01 Valve, TCS Control is discontinued.
If it is narrowed down to be the issue, a local salvage yard or ebay (if you are lucky) may be your only recourse.
If you are having rpm jumps, don't forget to examine all of the vacuum lines shown below for a perished condition.
Especially where they connect to the #11 Valve Assembly, Electronic Control Mounting Solenoid ; Hydraulic Control Unit below.
