Need Help - Broken Fog Light
I just noticed this weekend that my left foglight (03 - TL-S) has a very small hole in the lens, about 2mm in diameter. There are no cracks running from the hole - its a clean break. Looks like a small rock did it. The light still works, but there was some fogging, so water is getting in. Is there any way to repair the lense? Any special product to patch the lense? If not, how much will a new one set me back?
Since I bought the car in June, I have has 3 bumper chips, 1 door ding, damage to the paint on front fender from mud guards (now taken off), one minor fender bender (wife did it - $900 to fix) and now the fog light. My luck has not been good. My previous car was a 99 Boxster - not one mark, ding, repair, etc. perfect for 3.5 years.

The exact same thing happened to my '03 TL. Unfotunately, since it is a sealed unit, the whole thing had to be replaced (as opposed to just replacing the piece of glass). The unit costs $210.00; it's around $240.00 installed. It completely sucked a$$ to have to pay that much to fix a small hole, but I didn't buy a nice car just to have it look "ghetto" with moisture in the fog light. I feel for ya, bud. Just gonna have to suck it up and fork over the cash.
