Need advice to remove light scratches on dark colored TLS
This is the third dumb thing I did with my new car.
I tried beating those moving swinging pole at an unattended secured parking lot. (Believe me, it's a long story).
In any case the pole came down on my trunk. Fortunately, pole was light fiberglass but nevertheless there are alot of hairline scratches. I don't feel them with my fingers, but they are visible.
I know I deserve it for not obeying rules. Is this type of scratches that I can apply wax and minimize the damage? I have Aegean blue paint.

Try some GS27 on them. You can get this in the automotive section at Target or Walmart. It usually gets rid of tiny scratches in the paint. I've used it to remove paint that has rubbed onto my car by other people's inability to park!
Hope it works,
Peter.

For hairline scratches on my AGP, what I use is that Blue color match wax from Turtle wax. It fills in those hairline scracthes nicely using a combination of the chipstick and the wax.

GS27
Dude,
Hey, is that GS27 stuff the same thing they advertise on that infomercial? It really works that well? That infomercial is pretty cool. They do all sorts of scratch damage to cars' paintjobs and this GS27 just fixes all of it like it's magic. Maybe magic is right. LOL!

GS 27 does nothing for scratches in your own paint. In fact it would only cause hairline scratches if used. That stuff is coming no where near my paintjob. The only thing I use it for is to shine my exhaust tips, and my old polished lip rims on my last car. Its an abrasive polish, adn does the job quite nicely.
The commercial states it "removes surface scratches" translation it removes foreign stuff from your own paintjob. For example someone hits you with their car. GS27 will help get that guys paint off of yours. Only problem is that it may take a little of your clear coat with it. On a light car its hard to notice, on a dark finish, forget about it.

Not a Blowhole
Two products I use:
1) Kit "Scratch Out" - this uses jeweler's rouge, designed to polish without scratching fine surfaces. It was originally developed by Johnson Wax, a major research/mfr. of surface treatment products.
2) Meguiar's#9:
#9 has quartz and diatomaceous soil (clay) to reduce the visibility of hairline scratches. It does this by rounding off the hard edge of a scratch, and using the clay to fill in.
The good thing is that both of these have abrasives that de-generate as you use them, so they are less likely to increase scratches if used accoridng to directions.
Only use both until they begin to dry out - rubbing after they haze up will risk additional scratches.
I do not know about GS27, but htose kinds of ads make the hair barometer on the back of my neck active, and that is susually a sign of impending doom.
