Navigation problem

I bought a used 03 Tl-s with navi and I tried to input my personal address, but it asks for my PIN, which I have no idea what that is. Any solutions?

he doesnt have a security code issue- he want to use the private function of the nav--is that correct?
my 01 has 2 of them plus the general address area. Its so you can keep biz address seperate or 2 drivers private list,,whatever

the default is usually 0000 but go ask the service manager if they know different

If you disconnect the battery you `lock` the radio -which then needs its code to unlock
You can now look those up for a small fee on acura along with all the tech manuals
https://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/logon.asp

call acura to register as the owner- 1-800-382-2238x5 ask if any open recalls or extended warranty you need to know about
some 03 get a FREE partial timing belt job from recall- you can pay for a little extra in parts and get a $1200 job for a few hundred with new water pump and everything

Or you can call Acura, never called before so I had to Fax/Email them a bill of sale or I think they'll take copy of the title with your name on it to prove ownership. Then they'll give you the a reset code to get into it. Really quick and easy.

there is a differance between the radio security code that you need after battery disconnect, then there is a seperate code that YOU pick for the PIN on personal address book in nav

What no one seems to know is resetting that PIN code for new owner
