Does anyone know how i can update my navi besides going to the dealer or is that my only option?

 

depends on what yr TL you have.

look for someone selling a copy on the BM. i got the lastest version months back for pretty cheap.

acura.com is the only legal source for new disc, they get them via Alpine Electronics-the maker of them
the dealer has to order thru them to
It even requires your VIN to get the exact right disc- must be correct color and version or wont work in your car!

You find last years or earlier for sale- make sure when any updates for your area were done- the acura site has list of each years changes.
Sometimes your house may not exist on the gps!!!
