my TL-S is back
the tranny was replaced. Shifting soooo smoothly now.
Gave them back the rental Dodge Stratus (which I have mastered during a week and a half - with some practice you can hit 95mph in that thing)
A couple of things that the Dodge has that TL does not that many people here wish for:
- hand operated parking brake
- strut hinges for the trunk lid

but I didn't ask, really. When I came to pick it up it was pretty late and all the right people to ask had already left. Just the cashier lady was there.
