My Rear view mirror !! help!!

okay ive had a system in my car for a long time now...(JL 1000/1 w/ w7) just the other day i noticed that my rear view mirror was facing down...so i put it back up thinking that i accidently hit it or something......but then i look up again and its back down.....i watch it...and the Rear View mirror slowly vibrates and points down after a few hits of the sub...this is VERY awkward...never happened b4.....and ive had my system hitting 10x's harder for SEVERAL months.....is there ne way i can tight the mirror???? HELP!!!
