MY passenger side HID stutters

You know when your headlights are in "ON" mode, and you lock the car. you press lock twice, and hear the "beep" right? You press the unlock button now, and the blinkers + headlights turn on....

well my passenger side HID like "crackles/stutters" the light and i can hear a crackling noise... seems like the HID is not getting enough juice... my driver side HID is fine, it lights up...

I have heard that this is a problem for ALL TLs... but then again, i dont remember this problem when i first got the car...

help!!

:edit:
I did a search on this, and it seems like it IS a problem for ALL TLs... but then again, I dont remember the passengerside headlight flickering when i first got the car, because i used to lock and unlock just to see the HIDs warm up all the time....

Its not good for your HIDs to be coming ON/OFF all the time, you have to wait a certain time for them to warm up. But in your case where you don't turn off your headlights and lock the car, they flicker which is not good. Its even bad for your foglights (If you have the foglight mod) when you leave them on they will flicker with the parking lights(it's not good in the long run especially if you have aftermarket bulbs) when you lock/unlock your car. My advice, turn off your headlights.

Its not a problem on the TL. If you look at other cars, when people leave their HIDs on and lock/unlock the car, they don't flicker. I think that Acura designed this feature poorly.
