gotta love trading wheels for better ones.
1200 on LE37... spend 200 more for GT-Vs....
straight trade for wheels that are worth 2.5k.. lol
OP.. why 3k on paintjob? im pretty sure if you shopped around more, there would have been places that do it for half the price but as good as the shop you went to..
i've got quotes for 1.5k and 1.2k for a full paintjob for factory or custom paint + more clear coat compared to factory.
im not lying that i spent 6k ish... lol

3k is what they charge for exterior paint to women that go in there with no auto knowledge..

Its a full job I got the black on the door pillar done. My front bumper I had sprayed with clear. Door jams done . And extra coats of clear. Its a top notch job the guy really took care of me and I can use hi shop when ever I want he did an amazing job
I always have those douche bags try to rip me off... then they are stunned when I call them out 
3k is ALOT but aslong as the work was good then...

Congrats! Welcome to the forum! You seem to be just as excited as I was when I got my first TL (2000 TL NBP).
3k still seems like much for that paint job
I wouldn't choose the wheels for my TL, but then again, they are your wheels and your car
I think the car would look better if you lowered it a little bit, and if the wheels were an inch or two smaller.

Dude...I was just thinking...that looks like South Florida...and then I saw your plate. Ha ha...
Well...I had a convo with a guy that had a car painted over (old GTO) and he spent 7 grand, I got a paintjob on my old accord for 400...that lasted a whopping 3 months before the clear faded off! Lol...3K for a great paintjob is normal considering how many hours of labor go into it!
If I ever considered doing that though, i would probably opt to change the color up a bit. Toyota has this olive green color that I'm in love with. Imagine a 3G TL in that!?!? Classy!
