My Horn and My Cruise control stoppped working!

I just noticed last night when i was driving that my cruise control and my horn are both out. I had this happen before, but i have a feeling they're interconnected in some way maybe? the last time my cruise control didnt work, my horn didnt either. any suggestions?

i checked all connections. everything was in place, which is why i see it as odd

same thing happened to me this past summer!, had a honda guy run through alllll the wiring and he came to the conclusion it was the "clock spring reel" or something inside the steering column... ive been drivin without a horn/cruise control since like august.... SUCKSSSSS
