Those pricks stole my hids. they broke into my locked garage and stole my headlights.$5000 worth of damage.can i replace them wiht regular lights?please advise

call insurance... your premium will not up because of this. Find a good repair shop. The problem is since this happened in your house, those *******s might come again. To prevent another attack on my hids, I am going to put in a hoodlock and a pager alarm. Can you advise me on a good system?I know that they will do more damage but a few more minutes and I will be able to catch them.

now that i'm looking and thinking about this problem everyone has here, wouldn't it be better to slap a bra on the car that would also kinda protect the lights? I don't have a TL or max (my dad has one; came here to find recalls for his tranny) but just looking at all the damages, it seems like they get the all the same way, prying it off from the side. they should make a bra with hard plastic being placed inside where the light meets the fenders so it's a PITA to get anything in there to pry them off. Sure some may not like the bra'ed look but it's a cheap investment to get them protected. And make the bra really hard to take off and on; that would help.
