MY CASE IS ON MONDAY
Hi Guys,
I got a ticket on RT 80 in NJ morris county. I got pulled over for going 74 in 65. I was going with the flow of the traffic. I guess because of the tinted black acura. I guess the cop was jealous because he didn't have this good car.
Anyway, my case is on monday and my ticket didn't get to my lawyer yet. would you recomend me to call them up and get a new date?
Is it a good idea ? Please let me know !

Shoot... 74 in 65 that sucks... they usually never stop you unless you are 10 over especially in traffic flow...
Yeah just reschedule...
You can try pleading that it wasn't your speen since there was a lot of traffic, if he got you on a radar...
How many points is it anyway?

10 over??? here in MN where cops really have nothign better to do than write tickets, they get for 5 over...

I got stopped for 8 over before and it was total bull. It was back when not many people had HIDs and the officer thought i had rice bulbs. Then instead the ***** gave me a ticket for 38 in a 30 so she would not look stupid for pulling me over. Also, I told this dumbass that i had HIDs and she was like "that's your own opinion." VERY ignorant...

how in the world are you going to fight that?
you were going over, you broke the law, theres nothing else to it. if its your first ticket you might be able to bring the fine lower, like i did.
how old are you? because im young and ive been pulled over quite a few times for no reason

I am 24, actually I have a clean record and i called up a lawyer for it and he told me that he can save me from getting points ...
this is the 2nd time i got pulled over but first time it was for the tints and just got warning.
actually i was driving slow and saw all these cars passing by and thought i would also go with them .. so, i did and i was the only unlucky one out of all those cars ..
what a luck right ? well lets see what happens.
