My Car is Leased should I get 15K Service? Need Opinions Pleeze
My car is leased, its at the 15K mark, I checked my maual and I saw the list of stuff that needs to be done.. basically its a glorified oil change with a bunch of inspect this and inpect that. Do you guys think its worth it? I haven't even begun asking around for prices and my only concern is will it screw me in the end during turning in the car after the lease is over if I dont get this stuff done? I didnt even do my 7500 mi. service cuz I thought it wasn't worth it either, I just get the oil changed at every 3000 miles and tires rotated at 5000miles.

I had the 15,000 mile service done and it cost me $125.
I'm leasing also and this is my 4th. Acura from Hillside Bay Shore. I do the service because any time I have any other type problem, very few, I never have a problem with getting it fix or getting a loaner car, which I got a 2004 TSX last week because they had to fix my drivers seat.
I spent may about $300 for all the services for the three years that I lease for. So that's only $100 per year which is not alot for excellent service that I receive from them.

Should I get the Tranny Flushed?
If it was a lease...I wouldnt pay for a flush at all. You wouldn't be responsible for any damage since the manual states that you can go to 60k without a flush (even though we KNOW it's BS).
Once I'm over the 100k mile mark, then I'll be getting a flush every 30k.....45k if I'm using synthetic.

all you need is a oil change... i'm just at 45000 miles and i should be brining my car in for it's service, from what they told me, i need my tranny fluid changed, radiator fluid, and also rotate my tires. They said it'll cost 345 dollars and i'm not sure if it's worth it, b/c i always rotate my tires, and i just bought new ones recently, plus i can change my own radiator fluid, so 345 for a tranny flush? i'm not to sure if i wanna go to the dealorship, or somewhere else...
