What are you using for front speakers? Is that Davinci amp the only one you are using?

yes, the DaVinci is my only amp...it's 7 channels tho...works quite well.
the front speakers are Focal, the rear speakers are Focal and the subs and center channel are image dynamics...

about the PS2...the fan is still working, and almost all of the foam is taken out of the center console...and I don't drive with the PS2 on all the time, so far it hasn't gotten any warmer than my PS2 at home...

GREAT SETUP DUDE!

Hey Astro...

Nice to see it all finished.... and it looks good... now we need a chance to see and hear it .

I understand what shaved door handles are but... What did you mean when you said "mould the body KIT"

See you at the next meet !

NEAT!!! That is simply awesome! It is very impressive to see that you even have a UPS!

Just have one question though... How do you plan to use the Monitor in the trunk? The one that shows "Windows 98".

Thanks,

Tom

well, I can more easily use the computer with it, especially when sitting at shows...
it also allows me to display the DVD or PS2 on the rear screen via a USB-TV convertor for show purposes also...

Astroboy, my buddy from college is the editor for Auto Sound and Security and also co-editor for Auto Entertainment. I'll be sure to drop a line to him about your setup.

:wow: Absolutely awesome!! :wow:

One question though: How do you protect all that equipment? Do you leave an armed midget and a doberman in the car when you park it somewhere?

V.

(I've got to show your pics to the guys at my office... And they think I'm crazy about my car! Heh, heh, heh. )

I understand the shaved handles and molded body kit, but what is the thing with the trunk, are you just going to make it flush and get rid of the license plate? Also, how much was the stereo install? Do you have a 30-mile LAN setup for the computer? What is the G4 security?

Also, list other mods, besides the zeals and rims. What do you have under the hood? I noticed your intake and what looks like headers. Do you have sways or exhaust? You should get some engine dress up before the show, an oil cap, paint the covers, things like that, every little bit helps. By the way, are you thinking of adopting any time soon? If so, I may be up for adoption soon.

Cool

thanks for the props Tim, I hope you'll get to see it sometime this summer my friend!

It's at the body shop right now, getting the poly eurethane bodykit work, the door handles and ghost flames inside and out side the hood etc...
should be pretty tight when it's done!

legendcpe: Please do pass along my info to your friend, I'd love to see my car featured in a magazine like that, it would really help my cause!

oh my .. gosh . .. that is STUNNING indeed. you have a 'davinci'!! you have a UPS!! .. heck .. I should bookmark this thread just to show people. you have a center channel speaker that I only 'imagined' could be done. your installer is MAD skilled. AND, that has GOT to be the closest match of a material for a head unit faceplate that I've ever seen. what is it? Let us all lowly people who just have changed our head units have at it!!

miwa, thanks!
I never thought to post in audio and av, sorry for the oversight!
I don't know what the material is, my installer, Kennedy Hi Fi made it themselves and they replaced all the trim in the center console and repainted it to make it the same color as original

because acura does not offer the navi to it's canadian customers...

the body kit is the stock acura one, it's being custom molded to my car as well as the door handles and rear plate cut out are being smoothed over and removed.
