I bought a new MDX for my wife and went to add it to my 03 TL on myacura.com and for some reason myacura had changed the dealer for my TL from the one I selected in Chicagoland when I registered, to one in Las Vegas.

"This dealership has been selected as your service dealer based on a combination of factors, including the proximity to your home, your prior sales and service experiences, and the time since your last visit to an Acura dealership."

I've never been to Vegas and live over 2500 miles away. Why would they do this and how do I fix it.

Hey NBP0304, yeah that's a bit of BS !

I'm unsure of what the Acura "800" service # is right offhand, but try to speak to a real person with your questions concerning this matter.

Or go to your local Acura dealership,......and request to talk with the service manager. Real people will yield quicker and more real solutions, IMO !

Trust me, they will bend over to retain your future business.
