Lightbulb Mugen Engine Oil

Anyone ever try this or hear of this? Straight from Japan.

Mugen is expensive BUT has a reputation for performance and maybe this product may be worth it. Heres the details.

Mugen MT105 Engine Treatment Oil

A motor oil additive that uses oil soluble organic molybdenum which will create a lubricating membrane to the frictional metal surfaces.

Advantage 1Smoothens a rough engine & prevents engine power losses It smoothens the rough metal surfaces by impregnating the gaps with molybdenum. Molybdenum absorbs and bond the the rough metal surface and create a powerful lubricating membrane to reduce friction drag, and thus keep engine loss to a minimum. It also stabilizes the temperature rise of the engine oil, and as a result, reduce engine noises due to metal friction.
Advantage 2Improvement in fuel economy. The lubricating molybdenum membrane improves engine efficiency which results in increase fuel economy.
Advantage 3Improve engine durability. MT105's lubricating molybdenum absorbs into the metal surface and also bonds permanently to the metal friction surface, and thus reduce wear & tear of the engine, and increase the life of the engine. Motor oil additive applicable to all 4-cycle motor oil. Main ingredient: Organic molybdenum (MO-DTC G, thio-carbamide acid molybdenum)

Here's some fun reading:

http://www.vtr.org/maintain/oil-overview.html

Also this filter study has been updated, (I donated the amsoil filter for analysis)

http://www.ntpog.org/reviews/filters/filters.shtml

This is what science and analysis proves. Everything else is Marketing and Sales.

If you have a lot of time read here about oil and additives:
