Both Tustin and Downey Acura were given the "Prestigious" Precision Team Award for excelent cust. service, so give em a try. Also I've purchased and had my sled service by Downey and have had nothing but good results from them.

Not too sure on the service of Tustin Acura. I only bought my TL-S from Tustin. Always serviced at Acura of Pasadena & Thomas. I think Pasadena is a bit better.

Tustin Acura did mess up a fellow TL'er's front bumper when he went in for a new tranny.

Acura Pasadena is definitely one of the best in SoCal, that's where I always go

Cerritos Acura blows, they don't even offer complimentary loaner cars. When I went to Tustin Acura to look for a TL-S back before I got my ride, they gave me the run around; so they lost my business, and I've never gone back since.

I've had great service at Tustin Acura with both my Acuras. I won't take it anywhere else. I've only had routine service but they detail them every time.
