Arrow Mounted snow tires -- new pictures. How look do they?

I took a few pictures of the steel rims with wheel covers.

Whaddayathink? Makes it look like a Chrysler product?

BTW... you might notice a couple other enhancements.

The driver's side windshield wiper is a winter blade (it's a thicker blade, and the metal is covered with a rubber boot to keep ice out). The passenger's wiper is too close to the hood to mount one on that side.

I have a cellular look-alike magnetic CB antenna. In the trunk, it adapts to a BNC cable that runs under the rear seat and along the bottom door trim. From there it goes under the passenger seat and is coiled up between the seat and the console. When I want to use the portable CB with the external antenna, I just take off the rubber antenna and hook it up to the R/A BNC end of the extension. The handheld CB is full powered, and fits in the center console nicely.

How much do you have to spend preparing for Winter? You got snow tires, snow blades, snow everything. Good thing it doesn't snow in So CA. I can save the money and spend it on something other parts. Drive safe!

The antenna is magnetic. I waxed the paint and the plastic bottom of the base before putting it down. The wire wraps around the edge of the trunk. I'm keeping a close eye on whether the thickness of the wire deforms the weather-stripping enough to cause a leak. The cool thing about routing the cable is this: Just pull up the rear seat until the seat hook in the middle pops out of the chassis. just push the wire behind the fabric in the trunk, and the wire shows up under the seat. Pull through and push the seat back down. No other disassembly required! The wire pushes nicely behind the edge of the plastic up to the front seat, too.

The assembled and balanced tire package was under $400, if I remember correcly. If you search to one of my previous posts, I listed it out. I can't find the receipt right now...

The winter blades I already had from my Integra. I forgot what I paid.
Maybe $15 a blade. They seem to last forever.

There was a chance of snow here last week. Pittsburgh up to Buffalo got it pretty good. Didn't come over to this side of the Appalachians though (usually doesn't until January). I thought I might as well scrub them in a while.
