Modded silver TL in Vallejo, CA

I was at the Kaiser hospital in Vallejo last weekend. I saw a guy leaving in a silver TL with kit, wheels etc.... leaving. Who is it?

Nice ride by the way......I miss my TL

where they chrome wheels? or silver? 02 style tails? more info..

btw, what you doin at the hospital? nothing wrong I hope?

He was pulling out of the parking lot in the back of the hospital. Had a body kit, lowered, wheels, I think tails....rims?

Oh and by the way.....my Grandfather is in the hospital, if you ever went to the Denny's near the ferry that closed down, he was the owner.
