yes the oil is fine for our cars but its shear rating is lower than the other offerings from the Mobil 1 line.
Plus, Mobil has discontinued its 0w20 offering and replaced it with the new 5w20. So for your next change...i would switch over to the new one.

I run that in mine in a 50/50 of 0-20 with 5-20 . . .

Discontinued! Dammit! I was wondering why I haven't seen it in the stores. Well, guess I got to use the new 5w-20 now. I loved the 0W-20, or at least my car seemed to like it. I'm thinking of going with Castrol Synthetic also.

the castrol syntec is not worth the $4 spent on it. The synthetic used by Castrol is just extra refined crude oil ("Group III oil"). Where as the Mobil 1 is developed using a synthetic process on purified ethylene gas which is turned into polyalphaolefin ("PAO oil").
So if you are spending the money on a full synthetic which is API certified then Mobil 1 is the only one worth spending money on.
The new Pennzoil Synthetic looks promising but its only partially PAO. After reading a lot on www.bobistheoilguy.com, I also think Schaeffers oil (partial PAO) is good but i am not sure if it is API certified.
I am only mentioning API certified if you are worried about warranty protection.

Man.. no wonder why I couldn't find the 0W-20 Syn from mobil. I checked like 5 different stores which all carried it. I really liked it, plus it had a label saying it was made for hondas 5W-20 cars. That suxs.

Actually the 0w20 qualifies for the 5w20 stamp as well under the API testing standards. There is barely a difference. The best way to see if there is any benefit..is to do a Used Oil Analysis.
