I have 24000 miles and have developed a miss at idle. What is changed on this engine during a tune up besides plugs and air filter. There is no distributor rotor or spark plug wires so not sure why its missing? Any guesses are welcome.

 

If it is "missing" several times a minute...just drive to your local dealer and have them hook one of the portable computers up to your system. The "error code" should let them know what needs to be adjusted/fixed.

 

Replaced the spark plugs problem went away.

 

You might have a bigger problem if you 100,000 mile spark plugs are wearing out at 24,000.
