Can you tell us what legit reason you need this for...aside from the obvious.

If u even find a way to do it -- n e dealer can hook it up to the OBDII an dget the ACTUAL NON TURNBACK(able) reading

Its stupid. Don't do it. Imagine if u thought u were getting a nice 2001 with only 12k miles and it turns out to have 98,000
