very interesting - this is where I bought my car and thought I had a good rapport w/ the service mgr.

I called to ask about what it would cost to install some suspension upgrades (that I plan on buying from here) - they were *extremely* reluctant. Said they didn't usually do that sort of work.

Now what should I do?
