manifold/thermoblock retrofit?

Can a 2001-2003 TL manifold/thermoblock be retrofitted to a 1999 TL base engine?

If I recall correctly from the last time I stuck my hands inside a 2001-2003 TL, no they cannot. Pretty sure they've got different bolt holes from the '99.
