M-Power twin loop mufflers opinions needed

Check this out seems like a decent muffler.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33636

I wanted to know if anyone has this type of muffler on their TL and if you like them. They claim 8-10% power increase which is BS, but do you guys think there would be any gains at all from just replacing mufflers? I have headers and K&N filter now and really just what high performance mufflers for the looks and a slightly deeper exhaust note. Let me know what you guys think.

Thanks.

Just save yourself the hassle and buy a Neuspeed or Apexi catback system. They are cheap (compared to comptech, they sound good i.e. not ricey as these 40 bux a piece mufflers would) they are bolt on so if you sell your car tommorow you can take them off as well and sell them. Also, they are made FOR the TL so you wont have to do any modifications to make them fit and you can even bolt them on yourself. These mufflers are going to cost you 2 X ( 42 + 32) = 148 bux plus the labor and modification around 200, grand total = 300-400 bux. So i say save yourself all the trouble and get a CATBACK system. Plus the resale value of an axle back (made of these mufflers) is almost next to nothing.

Heres a thread with all the usefull info and links where to buy them from, cheers.

P.S dont buy the apexi catback from the link on the first page, i put up some better links on page 4 or 5 i believe, Apexi would cost you 530 or so with shipping. Also check out the sound clips to have an idea of how they would sound on the car.

Hahaa, knock-off Mugen exhaust.

Do you really think they're any good? Damn the materials cost more than that. That thing looks like shit too, look at the discoloration from the welds. And my guess is that's the best set they could find to take pics of.

thanks I thought they looked cheap but had to ask before i dismissed them all together. Apexi sounds good and reasonably priced compared to comptech. How do the Apexi's sound? Any decent HP gain w/o loosing much on the low-end?
