I recently ran into problem with my low beams, one works fine the other flickers, after switching the headlights I realized its not the bulb or the ballast nor the igniter, the only thing that could be wrong is the relay. I understand that there must be one for each headlight since only one headlight works now, anybody know the location of it, pictures would be great.

I found the relay and it was located under the hood close to the windshield in big black box along with other relays and fuses, and it happen to be burned fused.
