Looks like 42k is my lucky number
Well, I hit 42k on my ride and noticed a strong vibration when braking behind the steering wheel. Great, looks like the warped rotor club. So on my way home from work, I call up the Acura dealer and tell them the situation and schedule an appointment for them to look at it next week. What happens about a 1/2 after I get off the phone with them....?
RPMS jump up quickly, then drop.
Car starts to jerk when accelerating
Racing noise from under the hood
RPM's hit close to '0' when idle
What's going on??
So I'm back on the phone with Acura now with a possible tranny problem. I spoke to the same service guy and there was dead air for a while after I told him about the tranny issue. Now my appointment has been bumped from next week to tommorrow.....hopefully the car makes it till then
