Looking to black out headlights.

I'm looking into blacking out my headlights since I have moisture in them I might as well black them out to fix the moisture problem. What spray or paint should I use to complete this project? Does anyone have the link for the step by step instructions on how to get this done?

Or if anyone knows how to do this(preferably someone who has theres done) in the NYC area can maybe help me out with this.

as for paint any black will work. some use bbq paint also
