Question Long term Comptech springs / OEM Damper reports

Please give me some input. What I'm really looking for is the ultimate answer of "they work great together." Is this a pipe dream? I'm not up for shucking out extra $$$ if the stock dampers can take the added punishment. Not forever mind you, just something realistic (say, 40k~60k miles.) If I really need to upgrade dampers as well with these, I'll pass. Maybe H&R OE Sports would suit my needs a bit better (as I've been down this road before )

Alas, another Q. One that's prob. been beat to death. Long term impressions for ride quality with Comptech's springs? Any, and all opinions welcome, as usual!

TIA - Jim

Lots of members on the site are running stock shocks with lowering springs
AcuraTL has had Comptech springs with stock shocks probably the longest, since May of 1999 with no problems...
