Legend vs TL
I had a 01 Legend that I sold for a new 01 TL last year. I was just thinking how much i liked that old legend. It was powerfull, comfortable and I liked the looks. In fact I liked the looks better than the TL.
Don't get me wrong, I like the TL but the legend was pretty nice too.

I had a last gen TL and I have a 95 legend GS. I love the legend. It is very spacious and since I have the Type II engine it has great power.
The thing about the legend is that it has sh!t for aftermarket support. There are some things going on right now to get headers for the legend, but even just headers are difficult to get for this car.

i have heard about the elusive 2001 legend. they are very rare and few have seen them. i bet he got a lot of money on that trade in. good job just getting your hands on one in the first place.

Another 01 Legend
Yeah! I've got one of those 01, OOPS!, I mean 91 Legends also. After reading about the TL's tranny and brake problems, I'm tempted to put some $$$ into and keep it another 155K miles. Hands down, it's been the best car I've owned. Heck! It will still pull the mountain passes in Colorado at 80 mph with the wife, kids and luggage! But, good things can't last forever and I've got new car fever.

you know, its very rare to see a legend in good condition these days but dayam, when I see a nice one, like a 95 GS in mint cnodition, I feel like asking the guy who owns it if he wants to trade . Seriously, I hate it when people pimp out legends and make them look ghetto, with some cheap rims, etc. If I had a legend, I would probably keep it stock, maybe acura spoiler and tints but thats about it.

This is one particular legend that I hope to use as a model for my legend, though I am debating on whether I should go with a bodykit or not.

No, no, no, nothing wrong with pimping out a legend. I am planning to go the distance with my 95 GS. Currently I am working on the interior, then I will start on the exterior/performance should funds permit.

I had a Legend Coupe - great car, fantastic power, but WAY too much torque steer sompared to the TLS I now drive. But, I'm still a huge fan of the Legend's classic looks. Neighbor has a SWEET dark navy 4dr that is bone stock and in pristine condition.
Someday, I'll have to tell the story about hitting a racoon coming out of Baton Rouge, LA at 2:00 in the morning......doing 95mph! OUCH!

Electric e46 had a black 92 Legend sedan with only 40,000 miles on it. It was mint all around. No scrathces no anything. That car looked so good as is. I also have a friend with a black 6 speed gs coupe. he has the Kaminari body kit, RH C5's. Black with white insterts seats, hids, remus exhaust and any engine mods he was able to get. That car is so amazing.
