I've been negotiating a 30 month lease(TL Type S without navi) for about a week. The best deal so far is $2500 down(all fees included) and about $450 per month. I negotiated $1000 off of MSRP but leasing numbers can easily be fudged. The quoted money factor is .00365 and the risidual is 68%. I feel as though the money factor is a tad high but the residual is great. I started the deal about $100 per month higher and have bargained down. I feel this is the best I can do on this car today.

Anyone with leasing experience please comment on this lease. Good or bad?
