Keyless remote covered by warranty?

Keyless remote covered by warranty?
My keyless remote only works part of the time. I have replaced the battery and there is no change. Does anyone know if its covered by warranty (tl still is)?

Barring any evidence of abuse, I would expect it to be covered.
Take the remote in, along with the car, and tell them the car no longer unlocks. Who's to say the problem's not with the car? It's their job to figure these things out.
