Could be the ecu, but could also be gas. Bring it to the dealer right away and say that it stalled a few times and you are afraid to drive it. They will take it in on an emergency basis. Dont tell them that you put gas in the car when that happened, because they will blame it on bad gas.

Well, personally I don't think it's the gas...
I think it has much to do with the fact that you just started your car, and your engine wasn't cool down before you shut it off and start it back up again...
That happens to my 2000 TL sometimes... I am not sure if it's the engine design or not... but the 2000 TL got ECU problems for SURE... my engine check light pops up ALL THE TIME

Mine is even better and never seen before.
I was driving and the car stall when stop at the light. So I tunred the car back on, but when I put it in D4 it would stall, so I turn the car on again on Park and when moved the lever to D4 it stall again. It did it for like 4 times, so I had to accelerated before I put it in D4. After that day it didn't happen again

Vapor lock only happens on older gen Hondas/Acuras under hot weather. Vapor lock happens when fuel in the fuel tank or fuel lines turns into vapor under hot weather. In this case, the fuel pump has nothing to pump (no liquid fuel) and causes a car not to start. I don't believe it causes a car to stall. This was long fixed by Honda by using a return mechanism so vaporized fuel would return into the fuel line. I had this problem on my old '90 Accord and was not aware of it until someone told me about it.

There is a similar problem on 2000M.Y. Accords relating to the Engine Control Module and the Powertrain Control Module after the engine has been shut down while hot and started again. Here is a copy of the Service Bulletin, perhaps 2000 TL's suffer from the same malady.
Service Bulletin
"During the 2000 model year, the fuel pressure regulator and the PCM(powertrain control module) for the accord V6 were changed. Vehicles produced before the change may have had this update installed with service bulletin 00-24, hard start after "hot soak" filed under fuel and emissions.
The PCM and fuel pressure reg. must be matched to each other. If they are not, performance will decrease over time and the MIL will eventually come on.
If you are replacing a PCM or a fuel pressure reg. in a 2000 accord V6, make sure you install the correct components.
Warranty Claim Information
Refer to the flat rate manual.
PCM Replacement
Examine the fuel pressure regulator for a black dot.
If the fuel pressure reg. has a black dot, replace the PCM only.
PCM: P/N 37820-P8C-A54
H/C 6432710
If the fuel pressure reg. doesnot have a black dot, install a fuel pressure reg. kit. This kit includes a new PCM, a fuel pressure regulator, and mounting hardware for the PCM. Refer to service bulletin 00-024 for the installation procedure.
Fuel Pressure Reg. Kit P/N 06161-P8C-A00 H/C 6448039
Fuel Pressure Regulator Replacement
Examine the fuel pressure regulator for a black dot.
Replace the fuel pressure regulator with a new regulator of the same type.
Fuel Pressure Reg.(Without dot)
P/N 16740-P8A-M01, H/C 5232707
Fuel Pressure Reg.(With dot)
P/N 16740-PGK-A01, H/C 6435093"
