I only have about 30mi on this brand new tranny and it is whining big time from 0-25mph. I wasn't too worried about that until I was just driving over to my buddy’s house within my neighborhood and the car just started to shift atrociously. There was a huge delay between engagement of gears and when it finally would engage...KERPLUNK! It saw doing it on every shit from 2nd to 3rd and 3rd to 2nd. I'm heading to the dealer in a few min.

I'm starting to get bitter and now and I'm thinking about putting an add in the autotrader.

Dam dude, that sucks... I just hope that my tranny #2 craps out before the 100k warranty expires... i'm at 74k now...

Well so far today the car has been shifting fine. It is still whining but the service mgr. that took it out for a spin today is thinking that it may be something else other than the new tranny we will see, I'm taking it back to them on Monday for one of the Acura techs to check out. I'll let you know.
