yup...put a cold air intake on a tl-p.....took soo much work, about 1 hour and 45 minutes all together.....didnt really fit perfectly and has to custom some lines.

one questions is on my 99 TL, the stock intake has 2 radiator lines going into it.
im thinkin it is a radiator feed and return line so i just connected them together..am i rite?

which CAI did you get? 45 bucks aye...

 

You are right on the 2 coolent lines - just connect them together and you will be just fine. I assume you have a slight "hummm" noise when you are just at idle? Mine sure does with my intake - it also did it when I had the stock intake box, but removed both intake resonators.

 

what the heck kind of cai costed you 45 bucks? something from ebay? or a badly used AEM or Injen???

cold air intake is probably the easiest bolt-on aftermarket part you can get for a car.. how was it so much work? haha

yes...because we had to walk to the gas station to put some gas in a tank cuz my car was low on gas....
i got the cai from ebay. it works realli good...sounds reallli good....recommend you get it... i painted mine black to look better.
