I ordered four new michelin pilot sport ps2's from tirerack for $184 each. I took them to Allen tire to have them installed. As I waited by my stack of tires the biggest redneck you have ever seen that was waiting for new tires to be put on his RV comes over and stares at my tires for 30 seconds and says "gosh I've never seen anything like that before". I was so amused by his comic that I did not have a response. I had a friend pick me up while they installed the tires. Two hours later they did not call but I knew my car would be done anyway. When we went back to the tire place I observed that the big letters printed OUTSIDE on the sidewall of the tires was no where to be seen. They put all four tires on inside out! I explained this to them and they told me that only Goodyear tires are directional. After some convincing they redid it. For the aggravation I tried to get them to take something off the installation cost but they refused.

Let me see if I got this right, you said you ordered Michellin Pilot PS2, now how come he said that "GOODYEAR" tires are directional, are we talking about the same tires or what? I hope that you make sure that they installed the Pilot's and not Goodyear, also I have Pilot's before in my Maxima and yes they are directionals but the idiot should know how to put them correctly. Anyway, do you like the Pilot's? Let us know.
