Question Intake resonator removal: where can I get this done?

I live in Hawaii and have no space to do this myself so I was wondering where I might have it done and how much it would cost. Thanks.

You don't need that much space. Just take the bumper off and remove 2 screws that hold the resornator.

restriction!!! Many people think that buying an aftermarket intake like AEM gain power and sound by magic, NO. The aftermarket intakes gain power and aound mainly because you are eleminating the resornator and the paper filter, is not so much technology, but an exchange of parts for different purposes. Quiet, clean and ugly or loud, dirty(more dirt particles through filter) and better looking (chrome).

ok, really stupid question, BUT, can the resonator be removed without removing the bumper? There is no way that I'm taking the bumper off of my brand new car...

yes you can do it with out taking off the bumper! but it is more difficult. the bumper only takes a few minutes to take off so it isnt that hard! just lay an old blanket on the ground so you dont scratch it .

In case you're wondering what the other way of removing the resonator is, you'll have to jack up the front driver side, remove the wheel and peel back the wheel lining in order to get to the resonator.
Personally, I removed the front bumper. It's really not that difficult at all. You'll be surprised when you actually get started by how easy it is. Take it from someone who's done it.

right...although Sazalling it isn't the well, most sophisticated way to take the res off.
